This policy explains how Professional Mortgage Lending Services LLC (“Professional Mortgage Lending Services”, “we”) collects, uses and shares information through myfinancingonline.com and when you call, text, email or chat with us. NMLS #389355.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone, email, address, and details you enter in forms, chat or applications.
- Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
- Information from others: referral partners and parties to your transaction, and where you authorize it, consumer reporting agencies.
How we use it
To answer mortgage and financing questions, pre-qualify you, prepare and process loan applications, and work with lenders, title companies and other parties to your loan; to contact you by phone, email or text about your request; to send updates you have agreed to receive; to improve and secure our website; and to meet legal and regulatory duties.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that run our customer communications, scheduling, email, website hosting and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of it;
- parties needed to complete what you asked for;
- authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and our customers.
Financial privacy notice (GLBA)
Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of your personal financial information. When you apply for a loan through us we collect information such as your income, assets, employment, credit history and Social Security number. We share it only as needed to process and service your loan: with lenders, credit bureaus, appraisers, title and settlement companies, and service providers working on our behalf, and as required by law.
We do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated companies so they can market to you. Because we don’t, there is nothing you need to opt out of. We restrict access to employees who need it to serve you and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, documents and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to run the site, measure traffic and, on some pages, measure and personalize advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us below. Some records we must keep by law.
Security and retention
We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission is fully secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
